The Patterson Farms development is privately owned and managed, and directly addresses well-documented community housing shortages. Members of our team have built over 800 homes in North Georgia, in 14 communities, as well as 400,000 square feet of commercial. We’ve also owned, managed, and maintained multi-family complexes, owned and managed office buildings, and owned and developed industrial real estate. Since joining forces in 2015, our executive team has developed, built and sold more than 300 homes in four communities.
